Born 29th October 1973 this is one of only 150 remaining VW JEANS BEETLES in the UK. Only 1600 were ever manufactured for the UK market between 1973 and 1974. A full MOT has just been done with no advisories, and a full service was completed at the same time.  The car also comes with a VW Museum Certificate which verifies that the car left the factory in 1973 as an original Jeans VW Beetle

Over £10,000 has been spent on bodywork restoration in 2015/16 and all supporting documentation, including engine refurbishment & reconditioning which will be a real plus to the new owner. The Exterior body work is in overall good condition and with a little bit of cosmetic attention could be brought up to immaculate condition.

Original denim interior is in overall good condition , showing some signs of fading & wear to be expected on a car almost 50 years old.  The wheels are the original Lemmertz sports wheels which again are in very good condition.

It would appear that the odometer is stuck is currently showing 50,498 but believed to have covered closer to 75,000 which is still extremely low mileage for a car of almost 50 years of age. The has had engine refurbishment and reconditioning in 2015/16 as part of the restoration. This car could happily be used as a daily driver, starts on the button with the usual Beetle reliability. A very attractive little car & a real head turner.

This car is completely original & with its rarity will only make it an appreciating asset .
