It was labelled as the fastest VW Golf ever when it was introduced in 2005, the VW Golf R32 took the successful hot hatch design and made it better, a lot better !!! The new level of performance was powered by the 3.2-litre VR6 engine, which sends 247bhp to all four wheels via a six-speed dual-clutch DSG transmission and a Haldex all-wheel-drive system. The odometer shows just 82,000 miles from new.

Volkswagen got this car especially the chassis on the R32, with its impressive power delivery and industry leading DSG gearbox. The combination of these 2 factors alone made this these a car that is both easy and stunning to drive. A sublime hot hatch with space for the everything you need, great storage, good speed, good spec and great fun are just a few reasons why the Golf R32 is such a great car to buy.

First registered on 2006, this new Golf R32 offers a new level of performance without sacrificing any practicality, securing its status as a modern classic. Clean, unmodified and presented in good overall condition, this quality example is certain to excite and delight its next owner.

Finished in Deep Pearl Blue metallic paintwork, the exterior of the car is in great shape, with the only noted flaws being ta few small stone chips at the bottom of the front bumper. Original and unmodified, the car rides on its factory 18-inch ‘Zolder’ alloy wheels, which are presented in very good condition. The car is sat on Pirelli P Zeros at the front and Michelin Pilot Sport at the rear. These all had good tread and sat on 225/40/18’s.

Moving inside, the seats are upholstered in full dark grey leather, which presents very well. The drivers bolster is showing some signs of wear as is typical for these cars due to the wrap around nature of the bolster. The front seats are also heated.

The rest of the interior trim is also in good condition, with only a few light scratches on the driver’s interior door handle and window switches. This R32 is a particularly well-specified example, and comes equipped with cruise control, DVD sat-nav, rear parking sensors, and electric folding door mirrors. All of the buttons, switches and electrical items are reported to work without fault.

The engine bay and boot are extremely well presented, with the latter still housing the original space-saver spare wheel and tools. Mechanically, this Golf R32 is in very good order, having been routinely serviced and well maintained from new.
